Terms and Conditions for " Sponsor A Child Initiative "

1 Cost of Sponsorship:
The cost of sponsoring one child is INR 2,000, which includes comprehensive preventive treatment for all permanent teeth and treatable primary teeth. This covers:
  • Permanent restorations
  • Case-specific application of
    – Pit and Fissure sealants
    – Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF)
    – Calcium base applications
    – Cavity varnish
  • Partial or full mouth scaling (cleaning)
The choice of treatment will be at the sole discretion of the operating dentist, based on their clinical assessment.

2 Single Contact Treatment:
All suggested treatments will be provided to the child in a single contact session, ensuring comprehensive care in one visit.

3 Sponsorship Limit:
A single donor can sponsor up to 15 children through a one-time donation, covering their complete dental treatment.

4 Exclusivity :
Children sponsored under the Sponsor A Child initiative will not be from schools that are already covered under the Sponsor A School program for that year, ensuring broader impact.

5 Detailed Treatment Report:
A comprehensive treatment report will be sent to the donor after the camp, listing the names of the sponsored children, their schools, and the treatments provided.

  • This detailed report is available for donors who sponsor a minimum of 10 children.

6 Certificate of appreciation:
All donors who sponsor a child will receive a digital certificate of appreciation for their contribution.

  • Donors who sponsor 10 or more children will receive a physical certificate of appreciation along  with the detailed treatment report, sent via mail.

7 Digital Receipt and 80G Certificate:
A digital receipt in the name of the donor, along with an 80G certificate for tax exemption, will be issued via email within 48 hours of the donation.
