If you wish to sponsor a school under the Smiling School Program, we ensure that your sponsorship is a personalized, exclusive, and impactful experience. Here’s what we offer:

Exclusivity Each school is sponsored as a whole, covering all students and staff. Your sponsorship will be exclusively tied to one school, ensuring maximum impact and visibility.

Detailed Camp Report After the camp, you’ll receive a comprehensive report with detailed statistics, including diagnoses, treatments provided, and referrals made. This transparency ensures you know exactly how your contribution is making a difference.

Event Photographs and Videos We capture the smiles and moments of transformation. Photos and videos of the event will be shared with you, giving you a firsthand look at the impact your sponsorship has created.

Custom Flex Poster with Your Name A specially designed poster featuring your name or organization will be prominently displayed during the event, recognizing your generous contribution.

Interaction with the Kids Want to meet the children you’re helping? We can arrange a video call or interaction with the kids, depending on mobile network availability and prior discussion.

Contingency Plan In case of unforeseen issues like weather alerts or infrastructure challenges preventing the camp from being held at the school, we will coordinate with you to select an alternative venue.

Remote vs Semi-Remote Schools: The location of the school can vary, from highly remote villages to semi-remote regions, adding unique challenges and opportunities for impact.
School Size: The strength of the school will vary, and we will adjust the camp setup accordingly to ensure every child is cared for.

Terms and Conditions for Sponsor A School Initiative

1- School Allocation:
To sponsor a school, please send us a query, and a school matching your desired criteria (student strength and location) will be allocated to you. Our team will coordinate with you regarding the specific details.

2- Cost Structure:

The cost of the camp includes preventive dental treatment coverage for all students and staff members.

The cost per camp varies based on student strength and the remoteness of the school’s location, particularly in areas of the Himalayas that may still lack road access.
Charges range from INR 25,000 to INR 1,00,000 per school.

3.Comprehensive Preventive Treatment:

The preventive treatments provided to all students, staff members, and any parents who attend the dental health orientation include:

Permanent restorations
Pit and Fissure sealants (case-specific)
Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) application
Calcium base application
Cavity varnish
Partial or full mouth scaling (cleaning)

All treatments will be performed in a single contact session.

4. Camp Statistics and Media:
You will receive detailed statistics of the camp, including the number of students examined and treated, diagnoses, and referrals.

Photographs and videos from the camp will be provided within 2 weeks of the camp date.

5. Certificate of Appreciation:
A physical certificate of appreciation, along with a hard copy of the camp statistics, will be mailed to you within 1 month from the date of the camp.

6.Digital Receipt and 80G Certificate:

A digital receipt in the name of the donor, along with an 80G certificate for tax exemption, will be issued via email within 48 hours of the donation.
